1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

• Each player may hold only one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same player — whether under the same or different personal details — will be treated as duplicate accounts and will be closed. Any bonus or winnings derived from the use of duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

wk777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

wk777 supports a range of local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and standard Visa and Mastercard channels. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. wk777 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the deposit process.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of approval. Withdrawal processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. wk777 will not transfer winnings to a payment method that was not used for a prior deposit on the account.
• wk777 will not process withdrawals to any account or payment instrument that is not registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• wk777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Deposits made to a wk777 account are held in a designated player funds pool. wk777 does not use player funds for operational expenses. However, wk777 is not a bank and player funds do not accrue interest. All currency values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

wk777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover amount applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is activated.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

10. Account Suspension and Termination

wk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The account has been used to facilitate or conduct fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity, or there is reasonable suspicion that it may be used for such purposes.

• The account holder has engaged in abusive behaviour toward wk777 personnel or other players, or has made fraudulent complaints or chargebacks against the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated self-exclusion request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings not yet satisfying rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to standard KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, wk777 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all funds held in the account.

11. Privacy
